Tamati joined Te Korimako in 2022 and is the host of Pupuke Te Kōrero. Known for his quick wit and great sense of humour, Tamati always brings plenty of laughs to the team, especially when fellow South Taranaki local Taiaroa is around.

When he is not behind the microphone, Tamati works alongside the Te Korimako crew at outside broadcasts while balancing his full-time role as a teacher at Spotswood College.
