Ngahina 'Caps' Capper is a sporting enthusiast. He is community leader, broadcaster, and advocate for rangatahi development. 

He is also known as a co-founder of the STARS Rugby League Academy alongside Ari Capper. The academy supports young people and whānau through rugby league, mentoring, wellbeing, and community development initiatives. You can listen to his show Te Ao Hākinakina with Caps on Friday evenings at 6pm and repeats on a Saturday morning from 8am.
